Does my Pligg site comply with adsense TOS,similar to DP?

    I have a pligg social bookmarking site googleandroid.info and i have a banner near the top of the page. The banner still shows when users register or login,like the digitalpoint banner at the top of the screen displays when you login and register.

    I have looked at Google's program policies and they actually have a page for forums here:

    google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=43868&ctx=en:search&query=header&topic=&type=f

    It says this about adsense ads in the Header:

    Because forum regulars tend to skip the header and go straight to the meat of the thread, placing your ad unit above or below the first post can be more effective than ads next to the logo.

    So you CAN put ads in the header. It doesn't say your not allowed. It just says no-one will click it if it's in the header.
