Does my Paypal work with Xoom?please read details inner

i have my paypal accounts for more than a year and doing bank withdrawals without any problem. but i just stupidly didnt confirmed my bank account by using the confirm option for allowing paypal to deposit test money to my bank account.

now my question is if i use Xoom to withdraw money from paypal xoom process it without any problem ? or will it have problem ?

 

If you trying to use a unverified paypal account ,then Xoom will cancel your transactions .

 

Xoom is closed for Intra-India transactions,

so now NO ONE CAN WITHDRAW THEIR MONEY TO THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS.

(just talked with XOOM Customer Support , they have stopped withdraws for india from last 2 days)

I made a plan to withdraw some bucks through xoom tomorrow..now they were closed ..

 

No, even they sometime behave strange with verified accounts, but you may try for once (not good idea though, once they flag you, even having verified paypal may not withdrawl). One of our friend Bhora in this forum is surprisingly in their robotic loop. But, they don't allow transaction from unverified PayPal normally.

 

Although, I am aware of their Intra-India policy, still I was one of those lucky people who got fund through xoom few days back
