I think the design is pretty good for an inexperienced web designer. I really like that picture of the person feeding the dog. However, the blue you used does not go with the brown and it give a washed out feeling. Prehaps you should replace that colour with another shade of brown.
It looks nice to me. I'm not very interested in a forum on Dogs but it must be a great niche. Is the Alexa traffic rank of 653 correct? That's extremely impressive in itself. I did register and post my favorite pet picture to help you get started. Brian
Wow, I never knew my Alexa traffic rank, I have never looked into it lol I dont think it is correct though I have only recently opened the forum and my site is only a month or so old. I hope it is though because that would be great thanks for the post!
Sounds nice, but my whole website has the background the forum has so it looks better if it flows, it is still a beginner site still though Glad if you all join!

Ohhh! I see now why my Alexa Ranking is so high, Its because I got it off www.co.cc and if you look at the screenshot it is an image of www.co.cc lol so that is not my Alexa ranking, I wish it was though. Unlucky me
