    I have just started work on a new blog. I need help in figuring out if the new adsense placement is against Google TOS in any way.

    The leaderboard ads under the main heading seems to violate TOS.

    It is against Adsense's tos.

    Believe me because one of my websites is no longer getting any adsense
    ads (banned) but my adsense account is still active (for the other +25 sites/blogs).

    also do not copy/paste contents on your blog. if something is on internet, do not add it on your site. that would be very bad for your blog. use only unique content.
