Does my ad placement violate adsense TOS

    I am planning to place ads on my blog in the following way. What do you think about it. Will it violate google TOS? Does this comes as placing ads directly under the heading.

    Yeh, I dont really get what your asking mate. The ads will be "allowed" there, but it will really bug your visitors if the only thing they see is adverts when they come on your website. No visitors, no ad clicks, no money. Think about it man. Its all about placement.

    I think it is reasonable if you put the content, or at least the title and first paragraph, above the third block.
