My question in simple... Does making a site in .mx have any potentials? For example games.mx is worth developing? (this is an example of course) I like to know your opinion, especially from people that have Mexican sites already...

The really top keywords in English or Spanish on .mx is definitely worth regging, but I believe they are all or nearly all taken.
No. People rarely use .mx, and .com/.org domains show professionalism which .mx domain probably wont. If I have to choose between two websites, one is a .com and one is a .mx, I'd go for the .com, though it may be costlier at first(I dont really know if .mx is costlier), the returns will probably be better than on a .mx
I was thinking for example that it's easier to have games.mx and promote it to the local market instead off games-mexico.com mexicangames.com or any other domain that must promote it heavily to make it popular That's I was searching for...
I have registered quite a few .MX domains and sold a few of them this past year for 4-figure amounts. Of course, these are Spanish-language domains intended for a Mexican audience. If you're thinking in terms of English and a non-Mexican audience, don't bother. But if someone wants to invest in a good .MX domain, they can contact me, since I am selling some to raise money short-term.
