Does moniker make you wait 60 days to transfer out a domain if its pushed?

i just had a domain pushed to me on moniker. I honestly don't like moniker, and like namecheap the most. Today namecheap is having the 3.99 transfer deal.

Anyways i know godaddy makes you wait 60days after account change to do so, but it makes you agree to that before you accept the domain.

Moniker didn't say anything to me, domain just showed up in my account.

I was reading something about it makes you wait 60 days if you have escrow protection?

    Does anyone know about this?
    thanks

    Hi Buddy

As far as I know you can transfer out without any issues.

I think only gd make you wait 60 on a push to each others gd account.

it's only first 60 days after registering the domain for the first time. if it's been registered before and you just changed the registrar there's no 60 day rule
unless, like godaddy, you force people to accept the 60 days delay using shady practices, I don't know if moniker does that
