Does Moneybookers or paymate have balance like paypal?

    Hi, i want to know if moneybookers or paymate have there own balance like paypal and can you buy things from the balance and pay ebay fees, like you can with paypal?

    Yes moneybookers has its own balance and you can pay with moneybookers on ebay and for other things online. In addition moneybookers offers a prepaid card attached to the money in the account and you can use it online.
