Does mediabot have a harder time recognizing page content and making ads targeted when you have adsense in a server side include?

Includes are rendered on the Server side, so Google doesn't even know the includes statements are there. Google reads rendered HTML, so you should be fine.

Nope, google shouldn't even be able to notice it. And if they can, well, they are taking over the world :p

My server-side includes seem to work just fine with the Mediabot. :)
