Does live.com have a webmaster tools?

I've registered with google webmaster tools, and the same thing over at Yahoo, but I can't find anything similar at live.com, does anyone know if a live.com webmaster area exists, and if so, what is the url to register my site?

Thank you Will, and honestly I was going to register until I saw their second screen in the registration process, wow, do Microsoft really need all that personal information? I'll have a think about how much I need MS before I register for their webmaster tools, especially since I don't use any of their products.

 

Is there anything that says you have to tell them the truth?

Go to webmaster.live .com and submit your sitemap..

 

I like the google one better than any of the other 2. I honestly trust google better.

 

But it is much better that you submit your site on Webmaster Live tools then participate on their forum and tell them if your site is not ranking or indexed very well. They also mentioned some points on Live forum regarding some of their crawling problems.

 

Yahoo, Google, and live has own tools for webmasters.
