Does Link exchange work in getting Good backlinks?

    I have read in many blogs that One way links works better than link exchange. Moreover I have also heard that google bans websites which are Exchanging links.

    Is Link exchange a Better method of getting backlink?
    If not, What is the best way to get some inbound & dofollow backlinks?

    I dont think Google bans sites if they both link to each other. It can easily be a coincidence. Also, one way backlinks are better than two way. You can also engage in Three Way link exchanges and that way both of you will get one way backlinks.

    I havent said that google bans websites linking each other, but i said that google bans website trying to sell & exchange links.

    I'm Not sure, but if you get back link or link exchange from website that creative user, it might help to increase your website page...

    if you really want to go with link exchange process for link building then you can prefer three way link exchange which is good beneficial to generate back link and which gives boost up to your keyword ranking in major search engine.
