Does 'landing page views' require enough data to properly optimize?

    Hi,

    For a 'website conversion' campaign objective it's recommended we have enough conversions happening (about 50 a week at least) for fb to properly optimize our ads...and get us the type of conversion we need.

    Is that the case for 'landing page views' as well? Can I brand new website, not getting any traffic use this optimization method?
