Does Kontera offer CPM ads or are they all CPC?

    They offer Both CPM and CPC.

    But be aware that if your traffic from Asia or so, you will get banned when it is time to pay you :d

    As far as I know I don't get traffic from Asia.

    yes I heard about that you must avoid traffics from Asia even if its not you intention you will get banned and all of you efforts will be wasted.
