Nope. Business is a little slow on the design side, but the marketing side is better than ever.

The design business has slowled significantly, new requests are being made, lower wages, etc..etc..

I agree, i have beta 8 on my pc now, but i don't hate 7 besides it's secuirity holes.... i use everything from ie 8, ff, opera, safari and all.

But clients are always clueless when it comes down to most projects.

Than again i am on the lower end of the scale still.

Gee, John, I hope you don't write your sites for IE8. IE8 is beta, meaning it changes like I change underwear (yes, that's daily). Unless you're telling the IE8 team what's wrong with their browser, there's no point in using it. The goal is to make it look exactly the same as FF, Opera and Safari.

It doesn't suck in my opinion, cause I don't have to hack much or at all for IE5.5 and below, and IE6 hacks are pretty normal and simple for me. So I can generally get everyone to behave just with semantic, valid markup.

    I don't have clients, though, I have a boss : )
