Does it ok with Google Adsense?

    Today i visit this site imageup99.com , a free image hosting. This is a image hosting but forex ads (?) . See, this site have some words about forex :

    As i know, image ads have low value, but forex have high .

    Does it ok ? If ok, i will use it in my site to improve result from GA .
    Does everyone have idea?

    Thats kind of black hat technique. I'm sure it can get the owner in trouble.
