Does it matter when I submit my page to Google?

I've bought a new domain...Will I sumit it to Hoogle now with just the hosting company's holding page on it OR will I wait to submit it until I've some got keywords etc. on it?

I am worried that if I submit it now with just the hosting company's holding page...it will forever get tagged as "useless" by Google?

    Suggestions please?

    Nope are true.
Better wait google to catch it by itself. Submiting website in google is stupid, because google will craw it alone, just when you start building backlinks.
Actually google bot also reindex yuour pages in every couple of days. Best is first to build your website with pretty strong content, and later to continue indexing in google and directories. Otherwise you will just lose your time.

It is better to ready first your site before start showing your site to Google bots, for they will index right information and contents of your site.

First build your site and some backlinks..and google will automatically index your site.
