Does it matter for "1" or "2" duplicate letters in a name?

Ok I have had this question for a while but haven't been able to figure it out...

For SEO purposes does it matter when considering a domain name with "duplicate" letters back to back? Like oneeating.com VS oneating.com ..in this case the "ee" VS the "e".. thoughts anyone?

for SEO purposes you need oneeating.com to target "one eating" and "oneating.com" to target "on eating"
for memorization and typing purposes matching letters and the end/beginning of the words make it more confusing for people to parse (figure out what does oneeating mean) or to type
so eatingone.com is a better choice (not that it means anything)

I may say that if I would have the chance to register oneeating.com or oneating.com I would buy both, that way is not just SEO purposes but type-in real visitors
