Does it make sense to / should I regularly revalidate site

In light of everything I am reading with weight dropping, etc... Does it make sense to revalidate the site / weight every day or every few days?

I mean, if I have a weight of say 2200 should I just leave it be for the time being, or should I constantly be revalidating to try and see if it increases?

I am just worried about losing weight when re-validating. From what I *think* if the weight is 2200 it will remain that until I revalidate. Or am I mistaken and the weight displayed may not actually be the REAL weight?

Sorry if I don't make complete sense. Trying to wrap my mind around all of this.

You can always reference the keyword tool to see your current page rank and the # of pages you have indexed with google. That'll give you a good ballpark reference. If you see it increase, I would revalidate. revalidation happens automatically too. There were times where I revalidated and lost some weight for a day or so, but then there were also times that I revalidated and doubled my weight. Whenever I revalidate, I click it at least 10 times to try to figure out the best possible. I hope this helps.

Thank you.. that answers my questions and give me more insight. I figured it would have to somehow automatically revalidate itself as well. I thought it strange that it would not somehow automatically calculate the weight.
