Does it help to have a link directory on my website.

    Does it help to have a link directory such as PHP LD on my website. Being new on the web, maybe it appears to be a way to get reciprocal links from others.
    Since the links would come from websites not related to my content also, would they be useful ?
    Overall does it help ?

    it wont help because on the other hand you are giving lot of outgoing links to your site.

    it's doesn't matter that if you use PHP/LD because you need quality links...so search quality links...
