Yeah, it does. It's a good neat design with a fresh look to it. It feels like browsing an important site. Two things I noticed though...your youtube tool does not work, did not load for me. I would make the articles more compelling in their look. The font is too small and bland. Just big blocks of text.

If you are aiming for the Global audience remove your Pakistani favicon. International members don't like browsing overseas sites.

my comments... nice design, a little bit slow, you domain is not so clear (IMHO) what can I expect for a site called ibusinessarena? when I landed in you page i saw an music icon, seo articles, print-screen a litle information...text the menu on the left reflect that idea too, I think you bounce rate is high too. the tags are no useful (too small) SEO things the title is find and you that you target is too broad so isn't specific so is more difficult to get traffic don't use popups and target_blank in the menu! kind regards
