Does it have any restrictions...?

    I was here to ask about if I can open 2 different adwords account from the same IP address with different credit cards(of two different people but with the same billing address)
    Actually I had one account with an unpaid outstanding amount and I recently opened another account with a promotional code coupon.So will it cause any trouble.I know it does not allow multiple accounts but these accounts have been opened with different credit cards!!

    Nope... as far as I know... some ppl even sign up with multiple acct with the $50 free credit trick and getting free credit of $50 per acct. They used the same CC and there is no prob :)

    For that matter you can use the same credit card to open another adwords account. And please pay your bills... Its not a good idea to keep your bills outstanding from google. you will never know what comes up next...
