Does it cost anything to just open an account ?

    I wish i can just open an account.

    I opened a yahoo search marketing account and I was charged $30.00 which I later got to know that it was non-refundable.

    Yeah the $30 charge isn't refundable but you can still use the $30 for ppc.

    Yeah I was talking to a representative on the phone yesterday and he told me that it does require a $30.00 initial deposit.
