Does IP addressed of Blog Commenter Help PR and Traffic

    I have over 17,000 spam comments in my blog ," but my seo topic is..... do these show Google that I have lots of IP and their for my rating may increase or the traffic etc......:eek: I mean the comments are some soam and some good....:eek:
