    I dont think any indian debit cards provides back up funding but credit cards is a good purpose for using as funding from your bank account to Paypal account.

    Yes!!! In India only the credit cards can be used for backup funding. Just you can make a call to any bank to get a creditcard.

    No indian debit card do not supports it. And even most of the debit card is not valid for the verfication process too

    Cards added in VBV incase of VISA credit cards will not work with paypal.

    I have a VBV credit card and it does work perfectly well with Paypal! :confused:
