You need to buy the paid edition so you can get the full power of this product, if you are interested in the submission part go get: WebCEO just google it.
IBP is really very very good! i've used it for all my SEO needs, in combination with WebCEO, these make a huge difference to me.
I use the IBP business edition since many months - and love the time saving and detailed page keyword statistics / analysis of my own pages.
These pieces of software are worth nothing. Just go ahead and do it yourself. You'll understand it ten times more than you would if you used one of these programs, and it is far less likely that you would accidentally blacklist your site.
The best thing about IBP is the ranking reports. The other tools are useful but not really needed to optimise a site. IMO webceo is a better choice for analysis of a site. Answer to OP: The information in IBP can help with gettting a site indexed but not guarantee it.
What do you mean saying "add on Google"? No software can garrantee that you site will be indexed. But of course it can help to prepare your site for meeting with the Google bot. And then it can help you to check whether Google liked your site or not. IBP is not bad, but the one I like more is WebCEO.
this is not true, these REALLY help make things alot easier, they put all you need into one price of software... using IBP and WebCEO together is quite powerful, i've used these alone to get my site rank up to 200k in alexa from 3.5mil a few months ago
As far as I am aware, it doesn't submit you to Google, although if it has feeds, there's a chance that it pings an upstream service like Pingomatic, which would alert Google.
