Its not your e-mail that matters its your website thats matter for adsense approval and obviously the load on google staff.

You can apply with any email address that you like.

Why are you applying for the second time ??? Were you rejected the first time ?

I know that some people apply for separate accounts for the sole fact that they have ,or have heard of someone, who has been banned for innocent reasons. For example, if someone clicks furiously on your ads and gets you banned, in theory Google could remove your account AND all earnings you have credited awaiting payment for. If you have two accounts, then perhaps only a portion of the total income could get lost. Failing that, someone with questionnable content could also try another account option.

    Two accounts with adsense!
    Pure and simple.
If you have been banned, you can not re-apply with another email address, etc.
Google will find out if you have another account, then they will ban again.
Why do people want to cheat?

And I know people with multiple accounts that have all been suspended when one account was suspended for invalid clicks. So as far as wanting multiple accounts for protection, it isn't really a good solution.

Also, the terms state you cannot have more than one account (you need permission from Google for multiple accounts) and that multiple accounts can be suspended.

And Google AdSense will eventually be requiring all publishers to use a Google login for their accounts.

bah' just use the old adsense account you have for your site, send an email to google to tell them about it if you need to.

oh yah, if you are applying again after being ban, forget about it .. heh, they will find out sooner or later, and re ban you.

one alternative is to ask a relative or close friend to apply for you, but you should never try to log in the adsense acct or (blah blah) on your old ip. it might just work.

heh, you be "working" for your fren!
