Up until a month ago I barely had any luck with occasionally promoting my websites on social networks. Most sites have the "tweet me" or "write on facebook" widgets so I guessed this is a good way to start promoting a well written site. But guess what: Being new to all this meant I was the only one to submit my website links. What good did that do? The answer is none. To top things off some social sites would even remove your account if you submit your websites. I quickly realized that the answer to my problems was to have real accounts with real friends. To be frank I am far far away from having as much friends as I want to but I am always looking for new friends on social sites. If you were like me than come and join my network buddy! (facebook, digg, stumbleupon, myspace, etc, I got them all). Also, please share your opinion on the importance of friends on social networking sites.
Friends on social network is awesome. I have learned so much and shared many experience with them regarding online business. Building network and community is huge!
Having friends on social networks is really helpful because you can market your product virally on social network.
I think it can be useful only if they really follow you and like to hear from you. In other cases, it doesn't benefit you as what you say doesn't be heard by them and its like writing for yourself.
Yes, friends on my facebook always visited my link. But must caution to not post too much like spam. Post other things too.
Yes getting friends helps you on for your social networking. Of course you have to gain friends and introduce your business. However don't overdue promoting your site. You just also need to share some useful things to your friends.
It does help u in a lot better way by giving u latest updates on various issues , socializing and greater exposure to the community
I believe it helps as long as you dont irritate. + posting variety of what so ever contents are the key for success.
It helps. Sometimes, we should meet them in real life, too. Most of my friends don't answer online, but when we meet face to face later, they buy something for me or need the explanation further.
