Does Google use webmaster tool information to verify backlinks ?

I link my B site on my A site,sites hosts in different server with different ip.But I don't see any backlinks from my A site via "link:B site" command.

I doubt that Google might find out both sites are mine via Google webmaster tool,because all my sites were add to Webmaster tool with same account.

 

Google Webmaster tools is for webmasters not for search engines.
Google discover your backlinks on different websites and add them to its index... Google is very well aware of your backlinks.

 

If you create satellites to support your money sites I would suggest you to avoid using Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools.
It's always a good idea to stay under the radar

 

I doubt whether it really makes any difference. I think @C.Rebecca is correct.

 

LOL, Google is on the top of everything, and even if both the sites are owned by you. Google doesn't care. They only offer like 5% information to you via webmasters compared to the sheer amount of information they have with themselves.

There are tons of sites that come under the google empire, are they all working as one entity i doubt it. However if you are using the Google Webmaster tools, and Google Analytics chances are the system will retain their information too. According to one publication google only uses less then five percent of information being collected as sample. Thanks.
