    The SERP of my website is still on its page from last 4 days and it is not updating. Do you know that how much time Google takes in updating the SERP of website. Does Google updates the SERP everyday,or in a week.

    from what I observe it has more to do with how often Goog caches your pages in question. All the pgs in your site are not cached at the same time interval. If you want to know when a specific page was cached and lots of other info, get Market Samurai or you can PM and I'll kelp you.

    SERPS can change daily. Metrics like links, social media, trends etc. all influence the SERP changes.

    Google update it's SERP in every minutes but major effect on your ranking you can see only after cache of the web page. Cache speed of your web page depend upon how frequently you provide fresh data for the Crawlers. So keep updating your site.

    Google updates their Backlink results and PageRank results every 3 – 6 weeks.
    The update usually begins on a weekend or a holiday and lasts for 3 – 4 days. It is very common to see different results across the different datacenters during this time. Also, if there are different results across google datacenters when searching for backlink results, this means that an update is in progress.

    Yes exactly, just keep continue to work on SEO. And everytime you don´t know what do with your site get backlinks. They are most important thing in SEO with quality unique content. I don´t know exactly when Google will update SERPs, but i´m searching my sites daily. :)

    It really depends on how you manage your website:
    - must have a good layout-
    -good navigation
    - easy to read
    - definitely has keywords
    - must be seo friendly.

    SERPs and Google's index is constantly updated. For example news feed, breaking news etc are added to the index within minutes.

    I think the best you can do with your site is to update it frequently to get Google visiting your site for caching, and second, getting backlinks in the meantime.
