Lets assume, i have some sites on one server and have others on another (different class-c ip). And lets assume that google banned the sites on one server. Does google track dns records and ban others too? Any experience on this?

You can assume two possibilities on this and answer both if these posibilities:

    1. I am linking from 1-2 web sites in banned server to 1-2 websites in the second server.

    2. There is no links between the sites on banned server and unbanned server.

If google can track dns records, how do you solve this problem (for the aim of not putting all eggs in one pocket.)? How do you register domains?

You can register your domains with a friend's name.

What about future problems? Can it be problematic for later changes? For example, lets assume that you did not talk any more with that friend. Can it be a problem later.
