Like you all saw twitter has now short url redirects to our websites, so, does google still follow those urls, will those links help reindex our pages?
I agree with Grobbulus, if you are working on Twitter go for Social traffic or market stuff through social networks. Trying to find quality backlinks would be a dead end.
Ok guys, thanks! Another question is: what should I do so my pages reindex faster? Let's say I made a modification to a page and I want it reindexed very fast, what should I do?

If your end in mind is to drive traffic, then links in your tweets will help. Otherwise, forget about link building in Twitter.
Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't traffic the only reason why someone would even bother to get backlinks? Dn't discount twitter or any other social media applications that uses nofollow. Think about it, traffic is traffic, whether it comes directly or through a search engine. So many people waste time chasing a higher rank in Google but forget about the easier and more beneficial traffic just waiting to be plucked.
You can see the "nofollow" or "extral nofollow" code on twitter's page source. But you can get traffic from twitter.
Does twitter really give you a lot of traffic? Because for me I think it won't give targeted traffic.
Well. I think that it all depends on the kind of traffic you build (by carefully choosing the people and business products you follow). In other words, It's possible to create highly targeted Twitter accounts. Regarding Social Networking, it would be extremelly interesting if someone (with more knowloge that mine) could enlighten us about what social networks are most interesting / valuable for search engine friendly link building purposes.
