Does Google put into spam link exchange requests?

It is well know that Google does not approve of any link exchanges... and I would often find a link exchange request e-mail in the spam box. Do you experience this kind of filtering?

Didn't have such an experience. But have another one - the pages in a folder "links" are not often indexed by Google.

I doubt that there is the necessary collaboration within Google's departments, without mentioning the necessary AI, in order to achieve this result. Google has many more important projects to spend its computing power on than to filter your mailbox for you.
