Does Google play fair

I know they dont have to, they can do anything they want, but I am trying to work out what the hell I am doing wrong.

The good old days for me have well and truly gone when it come to adsense.

I use to do quite well, but now it is a struggle to make anything.

No matter what I do, nothing seems to work.

It is not so much adsense itself, but the amount traffic I get via Google.

Google really does not seem to play fair.

    What do I mean.

Well here are a couple of examples.

Setup a new website, everything going well getting about 300 unique visitors per day.

Within 2 weeks that is now down to 20

    Another site.

It reached 400 unique visitors per day and now down to 5.

There are many other examples of this sort of thing.

So what the hell is going on.

It is like a tap, one minute flowing well and next Google is slowly turning it off.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Maybe other competitors are getting more links towards their site compared to yours? I'm not really sure how the new Caffeine works though.

I don't know about in terms of rankings, backlinks, serps, etc., but most big corporations don't play fair when it comes to their direct competition. Just keep working at it. Don't get to frustrated.

It's hard to tell whether it's fair or not.

What exactly is 'playing fair' for Google and its users? You only say Google is fair if you have good ranking positions, and vice versa if you get the crappiest position ever. So what's being fair?

Adsense is a waste. Stop worrying about monetizing your tiny bits of traffic.. and worry about getting more traffic.

There is no signed agreement between you and Google, yet no cost you have to pay them. There is no "fair" as you expected after all. If you want a good ranking, just following the crowd doing properly seo instead of complaining. Google has no obligation to push you in wherever you wanted anyway. :)

Whether it’s fair or not, it’s a fact that people expect more from Google than other companies. People compare other search engines to Google, but people compare Google to perfection. It gives good SEO base.

This has been "normal" for google for several years. New sites rank well for a short initial period and then drop out of the SERPS. A new site needs to "prove" itself in Google's eyes. Older sites certainly have an advantage. Keep working and improving you site and with time, SERPS should increase. It can take 6 to 12 months or more. Google doesn't owe anyone a ranking. Once you have an established site, you'll appreciate the fact that someone can throw up a site in a day and start taking the traffic you have worked hard to obtain.

Now I no longer worry about visitors from google. My Web google is free from so I no longer need to worry about getting banned or whatever it was taxable. Google is not fair with their own policies. I've created a website with original content, but what in fact remains also banned for no reason. The best way now is to use other websites to bring in visitors.

Or if your internet marketing is a player you must have a lot of websites do not rely on just one website. But I changed all this into a website with many references. I stay focused on a single website using another website to bring in visitors, perhaps this way still not much thought by the internet marketing. In this way we should not rely on search engines.

One of my blog www slayo[dot]com this blog got banned by google but I still have lots of visitors

Your site has no quality content - just a bunch of affiliate links.

You will be not good without Google, so you should be keeping silent for the best way.
