Does google penilze ip adress?

    they will never penalize the ip because that would mean the host would be penalized

    It is not possible because the servers for websites are shared servers and usually one ip address is used for many hundreds or even thousands websites. If Google should penalize an ip address then all websites won´t be able to be found in search engine.

    Google does devalue adult/gambling/spamming IP, as to the shared hosting, if the provider set up "properly", then nothing will happen, otherwise just pick up your owns
