does google penalize sites with pages with many outbound links

    Hi everybody

    I would like to know if I can get penalized by google if I have a outbound link page like this one

    http://www.yourtuscanvilla.com/other_links/other_links.htm


    I also would like to know if I can get penalized if I get linked from pages with many outbound links.

    how many outbound links is the wrigth number?

    If you have more than 50 outbound/page it`s not quite ok ;)
