Does google penalize forums from the start?

I was always to believe that forums are 'user created' content and therefore might not be as authoritative as other types of sites. Since google can tell a blog from a forum from a static site, does google penalize them from the start?

I think its much harder to get forum pages indexed, they usually take alot more link juice and age since they often look the same as one another, try to make them as unique as possible, thats the best advice I can give

also make sure you have really good internal linking

    My dear Friend

In order to make your forum index and rank you have to select any one option

    1) Either index your forum with high page rank ( but do posting yourself creat your own 1000 account and do posting in it, there will not be any traffic)

    2) Index your forum frequently but neither with high page rank nor with top serp position ( but here you have to allow follow tag so that every one get attraction for linkjuice and start posting in this way you get huge traffic like DP)

Cool Mate and Enjoy your day
