Does Google penalise you for using labels in Blogger (duplicate content)

I've recently started a blog with blogger and have tried to organise everything very nicely with labels. Will google see this as duplicate content?

    e.g.
    url: mydomain.com/post1/
will contain the same content as
    url: mydomain.com/label1/

In case somebody is confused what labels are:
Labels basically group all the posts together that are on the same topic.
For example if you have a blog about sports, you might write about football and basketball. If you label your posts correctly, only your football posts will be shown on mydomain.com/football/ and only basketball ones will be shown on mydomain.com/basketball/

If you check out Matt Cutts blog (SEO guru) - His categories on the right side of the page are essentially labels.

You could get sandboxed if its overdone.

But some duplicate content can never be helped.

Don't worry to much. concentrate on making your blog as good as possible.

If each label has only 1 post, it would be viewed as duplicate content. Otherwise, it's just a grouping of many posts, and probably wouldn't be penalized.

Very worst case, Google will lower the rankings for mydomain.com/label1/ relative to mydomain.com/post1/. Which is probably what you'd want anyway, so no big deal.
