Hi, i have a new website. i have a problem that my web page is not lookin up in ranking for my targeted keyword for a long time. and when i am checking my web url with this syntax then it shows not found on search bar result. site:web url by using this syntax my web page is not looking. my web page is not looking in index but it cached. i would like to know that . google preventing my web page to come up in ranking because of new site and a lot of work. but other web page is coming in ranking for that keywords... so, i want to know does google apply penalty for web page as for keywords.. plz give me exact answer for this............
you need to work from scratch like keyword analysis, onsite optimization and building links from related sites
Yes, Google can penalize you and make your URL not show up in the SERPs for a particular keyword. BUT it's not very likely that your page is being penalized for a particular keyword UNLESS you did something wrong, like buying paid links for that keyword... and have been reported and caught. If you were to give us the URL of the page in question, we could assist you better. As it is, asking vague questions will only get you vague answers that might not even apply to your situation.

You have to give the URL for more analysis to get the exact cause. Google penalizes website or page, if they think you are doing some unnatural things to get ranking for your targted keywords. Or if your website is very new, that might be the cause..
