Does Google Pay For Liks From Africa (nigeria)

    am just about to set up a website that surely will bring traffic,aftyer a long researh of what end users what here in my country Nigeria. However, does clicks from this region counts ,? etc

    It's depending on your anvertiser , which up to your content
    If the advertiser targetted to global (Including Nigeria)
    You will get $$$
    If it isn't content site , I suggest you to use another non-CPC , non-contextual ads like Casale Media or TribalFusion

    actually country matters,coz a user frm UK or US is more likely to buy a product than frm a user frm nigeria.so the advertiser will pay less for u.try to improve traffic frm those regions...
