Does Google notify of Bans and penalties?

    If you are not following the Google guidelines and using any unethical way in website then Google penalize without giving any notification for it.

    I don't think Google needs to send notification of Bans and penalties. Webmasters have to find it themselves.

    I think that you would be one of the lucky few to get a message under webmaster tools. I don't think they waste time with that.
