    As long as the site is related to yours and they site is not linking to bad neighborhoods. you should be fine

    Link exchanges might not be worth as much as natural, one-way links, but if they banned all sites that had done link exchanges there wouldn't be much left in their index :). So no, their latest algorithm has not banned link exchanges.

    They have defined link schemes recently, which includes link exchanges.
