Does Google look in your history... ?
I had a weird thought... do you think that maybe Google look on your browser history to check where you go to and the frequency too ?
Hmmm maybe it's crazy, but what do you think ?

No i think, Google doest depend upon click popularity. Clicks can be easily forged.

I'm sure they could if they wanted to do so. The question is, would it really be practical? Think of the mountains of data they'd have to pour through to make any sense of it. Seems improbable.

I think google uses "only" google toolbars to collect data what pages are visited by users.
