Google and normally all international multi lingual sites use charset=UTF-8 for all pages

your error may come from you copy/paste your domain name into google's webmaster pages ...
if you have ANY other charset configuration on your SERVER PLUS all your pages
then you may run into such problems

    to be sure and save
make sure your server serves charset=UTF-8 and all your pages are defined as charset=UTF-8 and ALL your editors on your laptop/PC also are charset=UTF-8
then you should have no problems as long as internet authorities allow such NON-ascii domain names
Google also processes chinese domain names and other NON-english / NON-ascii character sites as well

if you have from your desktop to all your editors and all server configuration strictly charset=UTF-8 then you should most likely have no more problems at all
