Does Google indicate in Webmaster Tools whether Site is Banned or not?

    Hi,

    Does Google indicate in Webmaster tools account whether the site is banned by Google or not? I have registered a new domain which was dropped in 2006. Now, it has been 4 days I have submitted it to Google but it has not indexed it yet. So, I am worried if the domain has been banned by Google.
    So, will Google indicate in Webmaster tools account whether the site is banned by Google or not? Let me know!

    Just type this in google search site:domainname.com ( replace domainname with your site domain name).

    Sometimes Google remove index for home page and rest site will showing in results now what to do for indexing home page ?
