You can use the Google Disavow Tool.

Negative SEO is a lot less of a factor than you think. We've seen some negative campaigns done by other clients of the company who manages our SEO campaigns... not much negative movement at all.

Google does not offer any type of link removal possibility. They do give you the disavow tool but the disavow tool doesn't work and that's a waste of your time.

You can recover from a penalty and loss in rankings but you will need to remove the bad links by asking the Webmasters to remove the links. This is a long and exhausting process but is worth it because then your website can recover its rankings and you reduce the possibility of losing rankings from future updates.

You will want to check your backlinks and to do so you will want to use things like
    • https://ahrefs.com/
Keep in mind that those are paid to get all of the backlinks and it will probably be like $200 to check your sites backlinks. You can use service like Fiverr.com to pay $5 per report from those services. That will save you money. Or maybe someone on here can give you reports for your site to save you money.
After you have your link reports you will need to track down the bad links. I can't tell you how to do this though as it takes too long to write out.
You could also use a service to do all of this for you, there is one that I have had good results with it is:
That will be like $100 dollars though to analyze your links and have them remove your links. It also depends on how many links you have.

Remember that you won't fix your rankings if you don't fix your links. That's the way SEO is today.

Really?! You mean really?! $97 for removing 400 backlinks? Whoooo....

I'd better stay away from such semi-automated services and would better make my own research for free (using the tools mentioned above in your post or other free tools like WebMeUp's backlink tool). Even if you earn $50/hour it won't take you more than 2 hours I guess + you might be sure you don't just remove first 400 links you found without making any analysis at all (in case you've got hundreds of thousands of backlinks that might take longer though ;))

Nothing more then a fart in the wind...If someone was blasting your site with millions of links per
day, then I guess you should be concerned, and if someone sends you 50 pr 0 backlinks, then just say thank-you....
at least 50 pr 0 backlinks is better then having zero backlinks, and you are complaining....?

    :)

stop worrying about the little things, and what is beyond your control...
If your site ended up on 100k porn sites, and you did not do it, then
it would be beyond your control, and nothing you can do about that...

and if anyone wants to send me 50 PR0 links...go for it....

I could use the backlinks right now :)

The disavow tool is a good option but be very careful when collating your list and disavowing entire domains as you don't want to accidentally disavow any good links.

You must make the list of all your backlinks first and after that, based on their content to use the Disavow tool for declaring them negative backlinks. Be aware that the list must be accurate and you can't come back after.
