Does Google gives PR to Forums ?

Yes...google does give PR ranking to thread urls as well...but due to presence of lot many links on such pages, the passage of PR juice to each and every link gets divided lot many times making the end result very insignificant.

i have to remark, off topic, that there is almost more backlink text on page 1 at least than there is discussion text. it hasn't struck me until now how much backlink text on these pages, i wonder if the (any) pagerank gets all leaked out with all these links??

 

I don't think that it does so.

 

If the URL contains session id and dynamic, no PR can be assigned.
