Does google gives less value to the resource page links?

Is true that google gives lesser value to the links page links compare to content page links?

 

I have heard the same thing about Google. The content rich sites with a link included would probably be better.

 

Nobody could tell that, only the Google stuff and I'm not aware of any official info.
Obviously it depends on the authority of the site we're talking about.
