    Of course google will give PR to every URL ... except the url cannot open, or doesnot exist at all.

    PR = 0 also means it has PR.

    Just wait ... I think the pagerank will update on 09.08.22 (just around that time)

    Yes, Google does give pr to all Domains although it may take upto 2 months for a new site to get indexed and also You must have Quality Backlinks to get a higher pagerank.
