Does Google count the keywords from its own advertisement as well? Forexample, I use a keyword 'earthequake' for a certain number of times on my page, Google will show the relevent ads possibly containing the same keyword, will they add up to the total number of keywords on my page?

No, because Google ad is Java script based. Content is not read by search engines.

And even if they were counted, it wouldn't be practical because the ads text changes so often.

Google Ads change it's keyword for every search query especially if the niche is very competitive.

The contents within the advt. boxes are not considered as part of a site's content and so, the answer to your question is a definite NO! :)

That DEFINITELY isn't true, but the ads are displayed in an iframe, so no, they are not indexed as part of your content.

The Ads are served using javascripts and that is NOT indexable by search engines.

The ads are not indexed, correct. Google has every capability in the world of reading javascript, even executing it in their web crawler. What do I know though, I just design software that crawls pages for a living ;)
