Does Google Count Non Linked Links?

    Hi

    I have noticed that if I search for the URL of my site on Google it will show results including pages were the URL is displayed but not in a link. Does anyone know if Google will follow URLs that are displayed without being linked?

    There is no search engine that counts them (as they cannot follow them), their spiders see them just as plain text unless they are hyper-linked.

    That particular link will not count as a backlink..However, if there is a link on that particular page that goes to your site and its dofollow - then it would count as a backlink.

    In short, if the URL is in the actual web address itself - it won't count. If the URL is on the page of the URL in the actual web address (and the site is using dofollow links) - it will count.

    No dear it will not count as a back links Google never count simple URL put on web page as a back link- Google always counts hyper links but should also do follow links.
